Your Home Connection is dedicated to serving each and every client with services customized to your individual needs. We take the time to meet with you, at your home, to perform a free in-home consultation and evaluate your exact needs. Additionally, our personal approach means that we are always ready to adjust as your needs change. Your Home Connection is a proactive, professional and comprehensive home watch and home management service providing our clients with peace of mind knowing that we are your eyes and ears when you are away from your home.
Your Home Connection is licensed, bonded and fully insured for one million dollars liability. Each comprehensive visit covers both the inside of your home as well as the property grounds.
Home inspections are normally completed on a weekly basis so that we can immediately address any issue that may arise when you are away from your home. Should any area of your home need immediate attention, we respond 24 hours per day, evaluate the problem and make contact with you to inform you of the situation. From there we take whatever corrective action is necessary based on your wishes. We are always available to remain on site until the situation is resolved.
Your Home Connection is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You can be assured that we are always available to respond to the maintenance needs or adverse conditions affecting your home and property.
Below are general areas of attention during a normal visit. Areas of concern can be added or deleted depending on your specifics needs.
Interior Inspection:
- Full inspection of the interior of your home or condominium
- Flush and bleach toilet
- Run all faucets
- Run dishwasher
- Run garbage disposal
- Visually inspect plumbing for leaks
- Check hot water heaters and drip pans
- Cycle all air conditioner zones
- Check humidity with psychrometer
- Visually check for signs of mold, mildew or water damage
- Inspection of windows and doors for water entry, leaks or attempted break-in
- Check ceilings for signs of roof leaks
- Check for hurricane or storm damage
- Exercise home or condo elevator
- Visually check for bugs
- Vacuum or sweep bugs where needed
- Check interior of garage
- Run garage doors
- Check electric panel for tripped breakers
- Ensure locks are secured on windows and doors
- Running of Automobile or drive vehicle for exercise
- ....and any other need or concern.
Exterior Inspection:
Home Management
Your Home Connection prides itself on the ability to manage the needs of your home whether you are here or not. We are always just a phone call away. If you have any need, we will be happy to assist you.
Renovations – Monitor and keep you apprised of any work or renovations being performed at your home.
Contractor and Maintenance Referrals – We can obtain quotes from reputable local contractors with whom we have excellent working relationships to provide services as needed. Our relationship with some of the area’s top service providers makes us an excellent resource when work needs to be done at your home.
Comprehensive Home Care – This is an extended service that offers complete home management, providing for all routine and unexpected service requirements of your home while you are away. With this level of service, we will handle all security, maintenance and vendor services including: estimates, scheduling, finances, supervision and follow up to ensure all work is completed correctly. Our clients receive regular e-mail updates detailing services and events while away. This service is for clients who desire to have their home professionally managed, or clients who are not readily accessible due to work, foreign residency or during travel.

Arrivals and Departures - We are always ready to “open” and “close” your home to your preferences upon arrival or departure.
Home Service Visits – We will meet service personnel at your home and can remain on site to supervise service when requested
Alarm and Emergency Response – We are available to be there as a first, second or third point of contact in cases of an alarm event, unexpected reported trouble with home maintenance issues, or for matters of home security.
